I recently met Sonya through the studio I am teaching my group fitness classes at! Every day when I come in she is so friendly & has made me feel so welcome there. I have had many conversations with her about her children so I was so excited to finally meet them. This group was seriously so much fun! They followed directions so well but also put their spin on things when I gave them the option. I absolutely loved working with them & hope I get the chance to again.
