Hi I'm Angelina, but you can call me Angel. I should be living in Cinderella's castle but unfortunately everyone else hasn't accepted my job offer to be a princess so here I am in Atlanta, GA working as a photographer, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I believe in second chances, long hugs, and singing at the top of your lungs. You know those loud, annoying, obnoxious people who sing ALL the time but can't really sing? That may or may not be me. I believe compassion makes me strong, kindness is power and the greatest and most joyous things in life tend to be fleeting moments. Present for but a little while, then lost to the past forever and living on only through memory. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 8. Because of this I understand that changes are inevitable, whether it be bad or good but that each moment we experience is so incredibly important. This is why I became interested in photography because I was able to capture these moments for other people to remember forever. There is something about capturing a split second in time and preserving it perfectly, to be able to hold on to forever, that gives a sense of satisfaction. Not long after my entry into the world of photography did I realize that taking photos for people was my dream job. A photographer is invited into strangers lives, and gets to witness some of their most treasured and personal moments. Whether it is the birth of your new child, your children as they are growing up, your senior year before beginning a new chapter of life, or the joining of a couple in marriage. I am honored that I am trusted to both witness these events and to freeze them in time, for the comfort and joy they bring for a lifetime.

I can’t say enough about how perfect Angel is and has been at creating such fun and perfect photos that also come along with memories for our family over the years. From our first pregnancy announcements to our second, both our gender reveals, maternity sessions, delivery and hospital photos, first birthday photos, 1st and 2nd year photos, mommy and me photos, fall photos, just for fun photos and all those in between. We just took our last family photos of 3, this fall. We are about to add to the mix in April and we cannot wait to have our new family of 4 photos taken by our Angel! I decided that I wanted a fall senior session and even though Georgia weather decided it wanted to be 85 degrees in the middle of October I still felt as comfortable as ever because I knew that angel would make me look gorgeous no matter how hot and sweaty I was. For over a year, I have driven past one of Angel's favorite photography locations and have noticed that she continually has new clients. I finally stopped to ask for her contact information and received her website address to see her work. All it took was one glance at her talent, and I was sold! Angel was very flexible in working around our crazy schedule in order to get us in over Thanksgiving break. Angel arrived to our shoot location early and was awaiting my family. She took many photos of my rather energetic gang and captured our true personalities through all she did. My husband and I have used Angel as a photographer before, so I knew that working with her for my wedding was going to be great. That being said, I just have to praise the way she went above and beyond to capture our wedding day. We were married in Bogart, GA-at a venue that I knew would be difficult to photograph because of the lighting. Angel made it her mission to fulfill all of my requests. We both have large families and wanted pictures with all of them. She was able to capture perfect shots of our family and was able to organize everyone seamlessly. I was amazed how she captured our day perfect- the getting ready, the ceremony, the decorations, the reception and the send-off. My favorite pictures are her candids that capture the emotions of the day. It takes natural talent to accomplish this. Shot By An Angel Photography has done a fabulous job for us every year, we've had SBAA do our Christmas card two years in a row and our daughters monthly and first birthday pictures. We feel comfortable with both Angel and Liz and they are always so helpful with our toddler during photo shoots. She is quick with getting the photos back to us and the only photographer we use. I’m not sure where to start with my recommendation for Shot By An Angel. Angel was fantastic to work with for our family shots last spring. Her and Elizabeth are a great team and knew how to get all the great shots. Also, recently on very short notice, I had the opportunity to have Angel take the shots for my daughter’s cheer squad. Once again, she did a fabulous job! Even though neither the conditions nor the location were ideal, the photos were great!!
