It feels so good to be back behind my camera! I hadn’t said anything on here in a long time. I’m still here, no worries! Well sort of, because of this virus I wasn’t shooting for a little while. I missed my clients SO much. I miss normal life. I miss my friends. I miss coaching my babies. I miss my classes. I miss shooting & planning & being so busy I can’t keep up. Dekker was born right before this pandemic started so we weren’t able to safely do his newborn session right away. I was so heartbroken about it. I can’t say enough about how much I love these two. I have shot every important milestone for them up to this point in their life. They recently had their first baby boy & my heart has been completely broken to miss so much of the first months of his life because of this virus. Analeigh sat many, many hours at the hospital with me while my sweet girl was in the NICU, she’s been on the receiving end of many rants, she’s been through heartbreaks with me, we (I) planned so much of her wedding together, we have had more Mexican dinner dates than I can count, lots of Grey’s marathons & so much more. I was supposed to be there not only photographing her sweet little blessing but also as her friend & my heart was breaking because I couldn’t. I am so very thankful everyone on my end & her end are healthy but it still stunk! We were finally able to do a mini session outside & let me just tell you Dekker loves the camera!
